We set up an independent "Feedbacks Commissioner" who is responsible for handling with customers' feedbacks. After Feedbacks Commissioner receives the feedbacks on working day, they will reply customers by mail and fax in the same day, until customers confirms with the receipt of handling. In case of special conditions, if can not reply on the same day, they will reply within 3 days later. In case of non-working day, in principle, their reply will be extended to the first coming working day.
